Special Events and Workshops are the perfect opportunity to pick a practice area and deepen that area while bonding with your friends, co-workers, or social group. These customized events are great for corporate events, birthday celebrations, wedding parties, athletic teams, or just a safe and fun Happy Hour! Events can be scheduled in person in our Severna Park, MD yoga studio or virtually to take them anywhere.

I first met Heather as a student of Charm City yoga and then as a guest teacher for Yoga Teacher Training. I knew right away I had met a yoga teacher that resonated with me. Heather is an incredibly compassionate woman and her genuine love, presence, and passion for yoga are undeniable. She truly practices and embodies what she preaches on and off the mat. She is generous in passing on her knowledge and experience with humble grace to a new teacher like myself. She holds space for each student that is safe, non-judgmental and encourages each student to practice as the unique individual they are.
